How do I make a purchase from your website?

You are welcome to make your purchase over the phone by calling 407-333-0390 to schedule an appointment. We work by appointment to give you 100% of our time and attention. Since many items may need more details before ordering, like size, carats, metals, etc.,  we will explain your options and verify them with you. We also want to make sure any gifting is handled timely and in the manner you wish.

What if I don’t see what I want?

We do have quite a large selection of distinctive inventory. Every item is not always depicted on the website. Please contact us for further assistance. Diamonds are shown, set and shipped constantly.  It is our specialty and presented with quality features at length. Practically all of the diamonds have GIA reports.

Do you design and create custom jewelry?

Yes. We are custom design specialists. Any of our knowledgeable staff will be able to assist you in the creation of a custom jewelry piece. Simply bring in your ideas, sketches, pictures or other inspiration and we’ll help you realize your dreams of making your custom piece come to life. Whether it’s a custom wax, a 3D CAD (computer aided design) drawing or a hand crafted design, we have the skill and experience to make it perfect. Do you gift wrap?

We have the most exclusive gift packaging utilized in the industry to fit any occasion or item perfectly.

How will my item be shipped?

Overnight Shipping is preferred for high value items. We will contact you prior to shipping to make arrangements as signature is required and we will need to confirm you will be available to receive the package. If you pay by credit card we are only able to ship to the billing address on file with the bank of the credit card. If you are paying with wire transfer, we are able to ship to any address you choose.

How do I track my package?

You will receive an email from us with the tracking number for USPS overnight shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, contact us for details. If you pay by credit card we are only able to ship to the billing address on file with the bank of the credit card. If you are paying with wire transfer, we are able to ship to any address you choose. Additional charges for international shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover, PayPal, personal checks  and wire/bank transfers.

Will I be charged sales tax?

If you live in Florida and we are shipping to you in Florida, you will be charged sales tax. If the piece is for use outside the state of Florida, or the sale is made outside of the State of Florida, we must ship it out of state to exempt the sale from tax. No Florida tax is charged on international sales.

What is your return policy?

You have 10 days to notify Addeo Jewelers of the reason for the return and to make arrangements for a refund. All sales are final after 30 days. No exchange or refund for jewelry that has been altered, worn or damaged.

If you need a return, Addeo Jewelers will send you a shipping label with precise instructions (which must be executed precisely) on how to ship a high value package.

Do you provide an Appraisal?

We provide a detailed receipt with photo that you can send to your insurance company. Items over $2000.00 can be appraised in more detail by request only, allow for additional time.

What warranties do you offer?

Diamond Warranty – We provide a lifetime replacement warranty for any diamond under .25 carats. The diamond and mounting must be inspected at least twice a year and not have been worked on by any other jeweler without Famulare Jewelers approval.

Jewelry Warranty – We provide a lifetime warranty on jewelry. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship and includes any repair work necessary to bring the jewelry back to original condition. This warranty does not cover any damage to the jewelry due to misuse or neglect.

Watch Warranty – We provide a two-year warranty on all our watches. The warranty covers the watch movement and guarantees that your watch will keep accurate time. External parts are not covered under this warranty, but if you were to damage your watch, we will repair it for you at 25% below our regular price.

I have old, broken jewelry. Do you buy gold? Can I make something with it?

Yes.  We will go over each of the items, grade for qualitative and quantitative features, and make suggestions.  We are exceptionally trained gemologist appraisers and will advise as to the best and most appropriate way to maximize your fine jewelry property.


Do you take trade-ins?

Absolutely.  We will try to facilitate the best price for you, whether by consignment, credit, or immediate cash value. Lab report documentation is key for your best return.  Box and papers from carriage trade establishments from the original purchases as well.
